The automatic labellers make it possible to print the information
acquired from the network or from the company calculator in real time, clearly and onto a bar code.
The print is shown on self-adhesive labels, also of large size, and these are automatically applied onto the parcel.
Control in real time of the label after its application is also possible.

2-03 Automatic plants to calculate the weight-volume of parcels and pallets |

The plants to establish the weight and volume of the parcels and pallets are used during the delivery phase and facilitate management of both load dimensions and transport rates.
The plants can be designed in either a dynamic or static version and, in addition to establishing
weight and volume, they also read the labels automatically, apply new labels and
sort onto loading bays.

The Handling and Sorting material systems designed by SIPI are aimed at facilitating the coding and sorting of large volumes of parcels, on the basis of pre-established criteria, which can vary depending on the urgencies or demands of the moment.
In addition to recognising barcodes the systems can be integrated with specific television cameras to acquire and archive the image of each parcel processed.

2-05 Automatic weight control system – Checkweigher |

The automatic weight control systems "checkweigher" control and select
the product based on its weight. They are high performance systems (over 200 strokes a minute) and can be equipped with specific air or ram devices to expel the parcels out of weight.
These systems can also be integrated with metal and/or ray detectors to control the
presence of foreign materials within the product.

The Sipi packaging systems are extremely fast and can accurately determine the content of packs, while also guaranteeing the safety of the products, whether packed in thermoformed bags or boxes.

All of Sipi’s devices are able to control metering stop and pre-stop by interfacing directly with the product metering devices, guaranteeing extreme precision in the attainment of pre-configured quantities.

2-08 Palletiser robots |

Specific robots with grippers to pick up the parcel and place it on benches in the order required can also be used to palletise the parcels. The palletisation process is managed by a dedicated program.
The parcels are transported to the pick up point by conveyor belts, at the end of the packing line.

All the processing phases are tracked and directed; all paper documents are produced and the timing and production costs for each job order detected and archived.
