The innovative, portable and compact sale support Route Pad System comes in several parts making this a versatile product able to ensure minimal running and maintenance costs. The system is an open collector with space for the thermal printer and Pocket PC. It can contain the devices for recharging the printer’s and Pocket PC’s batteries, the connections between the equipment and any optional extras as requested.

The weight is indicated on the display but also be printed out on the integrated printer. The weight measurement and any other data can be transmitted via WiFi to the database system where it is logged. This solution is intended particularly for the preparation of products to be sold at fruit and vegetable markets; a dedicated program enables management in real time.

The electronic scales are installed at the desks for weighing checked-in luggage. The scales can be fitted with mechanized conveyor belts for taking away the luggage. There are two indicators for both the operator and the passenger to view the weight of single pieces of luggage. Also available are scales able to determine the weight and quantity of bags for each passenger, with three displays that indicate the weight of single items, the quantity of luggage and the total.

The cargo handling and weighing system comprises motorized conveyor belts for moving pallets to be loaded on a plane. The heavy duty electronic scales can be installed on elevator platforms. The scales have large digital indicator displays with luminous digits.

Sipi offers a vast range of thermal, inkjet and needle printers for all identification and labelling needs. The printers can interface with personal computers or with the company management host and are supplied with standard or personalized software for formatting and printing labels and reports.

An automatic labeller can print human readable codes and barcodes in real time based on information acquired from the network or company calculator. It can print small and large self-adhesive labels and apply them automatically on the pack. The labels can also be controlled in real-time after application.

Sipi provides a complete range of barcode scanning and recording devices. Manual laser scanners, fixed line scanners, in-counter scanners (as at supermarket counters) and cordless manual scanners interface directly with pre-installed personal computers or the company’s management host. Sipi also offers portable batch terminals (with memory for recording all data) or portable WIFI radiofrequency terminals connected directly to the company network, as well as all the software required for company needs (traceability, production progress, warehouse management, picking, etc.).

Sipi’s access control systems can handle all the problems associated with the management of access to, presence and distribution of snacks and drinks. The traceability systems use barcode and RFID technology to keep track of all the products during all stages of production. Hardware installed on the production machines, at work islands or on mobile devices (using radiofrequency) interfaces with the company management system to acquire and download information. Specific systems have also been devised and created for tracing pharmaceuticals by means of a new sticker with barcode.

Sipi’s look and place systems ensure quick, precise and safe sorting of products according to categories. Typical applications include the sorting of flyers and envelopes for post offices, carriers, etc. The operator uses a barcode scanner to determine the object to be sorted and a light switches on immediately to indicate the place where the object is to be placed. A barrier system guarantees the object is sorted properly. At the end, a quick release system allows you to remove the bag containing all the sorted objects.

SIPI’s VERTEX systems respond to all textile inspection needs. They can be perfectly integrated with new or previous models of inspection devices for measuring, weighing and labelling textiles in automatic or manual mode, and can spot all types of defects by managing transfers and demerity points. The product comes with a module for reporting to and interfacing with the company’s management system.

Weighing systems for road vehicles, designed to transport waste towards incinerator sites are devised to manage the incoming material, with automatic acquisition of the type of material on entry, of the number plate of the vehicle used and driver of the vehicle. The data can be detected using a Telepass system able to recognise the type of waste, the vehicle, the driver and, naturally, the gross weight. All the data are detected automatically and dynamically without requesting stoppage of the vehicle on the weighing platform. The information acquired is then managed by the dedicated program, able to elaborate it for the purposes required.
